CaPSCi 200

CaPSCi 200 is a special program for the real estate owner/investor
an exclusive offer by SLACi for a limited number of commercial properties.

SLACi breaks down tech noise to a bare bones technology stack “the property” requires to digitally transform real estate.

Data deployment and security technologies for owners improve efficiency and valuations by converting private data into enterprise-grade AI data libraries.

Accessible industry and property data allow ‘other-peoples-technologies’ to emerge generically as service provider ecosystems require. And, deep data offer property owners revenue opportunities beyond asset investments in markets for build and systems analytics.

Data Creates Value & Revenue Opportunities

Program objectives include converting the O&M or building information model (BIM) into unified enterprise-grade AI Data Libraries. Positioning data in the cloud and establishing autonomous authentication through user, data and property management APIs.

SLACi technologies dynamically create a network of security around the property, its data and service provider ecosystem. Access management AI autonomously authenticates access and exchange of data between the property data cloud, management, other service providers and technologies fragmented among users.

All program features are geared towards owners with property management firms as pseudo data administrators.

CaPSCi 200 benefits survive ownership and management extending to service provider ecosystems as they evolve over the serviceable life of property assets in the SLACi program.

Digitally Transforming Commercial Real Estate
   Payback & Advantages

Developer Access:
Digital transformation of real estate is moving beyond immediate challenges of individual users towards Industrywide integration of ecosystem workflows. Application developers must address how the contributions of one user are linked to users outside their immediate business environment and company envelop.

For example, a property manager calls a contractor who dispatches employees and initiates workflow processes while engaging external sub-contractors, consultants and engineers. In most instances, services of any type include communications with tenants and owners, usually through PM users with feedback determining if and how the former will proceed.

Problem Solving
Tackling this challenge starts with access to detail on the property and its diverse users. AI embedded in every task requires the exchange of reliable data between service providers in and outside the property and tenant ecosystem. SLACi dynamically captures these diverse pools of users under an independent security umbrella to autonomously authenticate data exchange providing transparency and insight to user activity.

The Payback
CaPSCi 200 program participants are positioned to earn fees from developers accessing private data. This excludes confidential details and some information is officiated to protect user identity and integrity of your property data.

Application developers compensate participating owners for access to isolated pieces of property info. These fees will range between $250 and $1,000 per property asset per developer. This applies only to authorized applications being developed as data driven autonomous property technology and programs with a digitally identified API.

Additionally, initial CaPSCi developers have indicated they’ll make solutions available to owners and service providers at little to no cost for use on CaPSCi 200 properties.

Under the program, the digital identity SLACi issues in the program identifies a limited number of properties as special participants of CaPSCi 200 extending features to current ownership, management and service providers for the serviceable life of the asset.

Connectivity is a Barrier to Industry AI and Data Utility
Challenge:
AI Accessibility & Data Exchange Barriers

Build and tenant improvements set foundations for data required in management and maintenance but only a fraction of data is available to users or ingestible by technology that can improve tenant and service provider ecosystem efficiency.

Solution:
Connected & Accessible AI Data Libraries

Property owners capture all property data in formats ingestible by users and technology to improve the efficiency of property operations. Leveraged data allow service provider ecosystems to determine demand and pricing for technology they expense.
