SLACi

SLACi pioneered a deep tech software infrastructure (CaPSCi) to establish secure autonomous and transparent access and exchange of real estate industry data on a broad scale.

SLACi develops technologies that allow property owners and management, industry and supply chain organizations deploy private data as enterprise-grade AI data libraries. Access management AI autonomously authenticates access and exchange between diverse users, fragmented technologies and data distributed throughout the real estate industry

Property Data & AI

Property build, improvements, operation, maintenance and upgrades are all constant original sources of reliable data with sustainable utility and value in markets for analytics. Operational efficiency and quantifying tenant performance is dependent on real time storage and exchange of information between users, technologies and the property’s data containers.

The SLACi technology stack for property allow owners to capture this data in real time as it originates and manage accessibility autonomously. The AI data library of management provides a foundation for the entire service provider ecosystem to transparently participate in data maintenance and routine updates.

Transparency

The CaPSCi digital infrastructure assures complete control and transparency to data access and exchange between users, technologies and external data markets.

Data Portability

Property data APIs link digital property data stored in the cloud to physical assets. These digital technologies are portable so property data follows asset ownership.

CaPSCi

CaPSCi is the result of research that started in 2009 and published (c.2018) by the BidForms division supporting data and users in AEC, build and supply chains. The architecture predates several technologies and data standards (ie: COBie or Construction to Operations Building information exchange) influencing in its tech stack including pieces of blockchain, cybersecurity, digital identity access management (dIAM), dApp and SaaS technologies.

The framework dynamically establishes a ubiquitous security envelope around dissimilar service providers and platforms across diverse ecosystems of property, build, operation and maintenance to data equally distributed throughout industry and fragmented by user workflows. A secure infrastructure for the autonomous exchange of data between platform, user and industry ecosystems.
